Platinum ERP has been selected to provide a Global OCM Program and are searching for a few excellent professionals to work with us on this project. Here are the details:
Project Background: Global SAP rollout of SAP Finance, BPC, and MDG – OCM Program including End User Training Program. The client has selected SAP Workforce Performance Builder as the platform to develop End User Training, eLearning, and Testing documents.
OCM Lead and Program Manager: This role will be responsible for leading an OCM Program and also managing the overall OCM/EUT project including development of OCM and Training Strategy. Candidates should have 10+ Years Experience as an Organizational Change Professional working on medium to large ERP programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
(2) SAP Training Designer/Instructors: This role requires 5+ experience with software instructional design and delivery, 3 of which should be with SAP. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with SAP Workforce Performance Builder (WPB).
Project Location: Midwest
Travel: 50-70%, some international for training rollout and OCM activities
